Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your drop-in session booking up to 5 days prior to the session by emailing Amy at amy@canberranosework.com.au or John at john@canberranosework.com.au. We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, may necessitate cancellations inside the 5 days. In such cases, please discuss this with Amy or John and every effort will be made to credit and reschedule your booking, where possible. There are no refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes. Please be sure you or an adult family member can attend each session.
